International Women's Day 2026

International Women's Day 2026, celebrated annually on March 8, recognises the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women — while also serving as a powerful call to action for gender equality.

In 2026, we mark 115 years of collective advocacy, progress and impact since the first IWD in 1911. This year’s theme, #GIVETOGAIN, encourages a mindset of generosity and collaboration. It reminds us that when we give — whether through opportunity, mentorship, visibility, advocacy, education or support — we create meaningful and lasting change.

At MST Financial, we believe that giving is not a subtraction; it is intentional multiplication. By investing in talent, championing diverse perspectives and creating pathways for growth, we strengthen not only our organisation but the broader community around us.

This International Women's Day 2026, we celebrate the incredible women within our business and beyond — and we reflect on what each of us can give to help advance equality.

What will you #GiveToGain?
