MST Financial is pleased to be appointed Joint Lead Manager to the IPO of the Kapstream Investment Trust (ASX: KIT).
Kapstream Investment Trust is a Listed Investment Trust providing exposure to investment grade Australian and global fixed income, alongside Australian private asset-backed securities. The Trust is targeting a $200–300 million raise, with $145 million already secured, and is expected to list on the Australian Securities Exchange in March.
The structure incorporates enhanced liquidity features, including limited quarterly redemption windows and potential on-market buybacks, designed to help manage NAV discount risk while maintaining exposure to diversified fixed income strategies.
