MST Financial is proud to have hosted its inaugural Stock Pitch Competition as part of its sponsorship of University Network for Investing & Trading (UNIT) a leading university society with over 12,000 student members across USYD, UNSW, Macquarie University, the University of Melbourne, Monash, and UQ.

The competition drew an outstanding 62 team registrations, with 12 teams advancing to the heats round to present to a panel of MST Financial judges. From there, 4 finalist teams were selected to pitch in the Industry Case Competition Finals, held at MST Financial’s Sydney office.

Despite the rain, students brought impressive energy and delivered insightful, well-researched pitches - a true testament to their talent and commitment.

Congratulations to Aureus Capital, the winning team, who have earned a fast-tracked interview for MST Financial’s internship program. A big well done to all the runners-up - every finalist showcased strong analytical thinking and left a lasting impression on the judging panel.

This initiative has been a fantastic opportunity for MST Financial to connect with emerging talent and support the next generation of finance professionals. MST Financial remains committed to fostering meaningful engagement with students through programs like this.
